I was skeptical at the pet store when the guy told us $60 for a pet comb was totally worth it. Then I found it for $20 on Amazon along with over 2,000 reviews, so I got one and love it of course! Thanks Amazon, for selling it at a reasonable price! I don't know why on earth Petco is selling the medium size for $50 and the large for $60!!......
The FURminator get so much hair off the cats and they love it. It doesn't hurt them and they come back for more brushing everyday. It has helped keep the furniture so much cleaner and hair free. We love it!!!!......

I have used this on my Mastiff and 2 Main Coon cats, and my house was nearly hair free for two weeks. I couldn't imagine a product working so well. I have tried all sorts of brushes to groom my animals, plastic, wire, and rubber brushes-they all eventually get some hair. But the Furnimator! I had no idea how much hair their bodies had to loose! Nothing is better and it is worth its cost 3x over.......
The Furminator is an expensive dog brush but well worth it. I'm sorry I waited so long to purchase it. It's astonishing the amount of hair that comes out - I'm amazed our dog isn't bald by now! But it never hurts him, and he doesn't mind it at all, even though he was never a fan of being brushed. He's a long-haired shephard/greyhound combo, but the Furminator works incredibly well on our Lab too. I highly recommend it!......
